First meeting – observation and analysis – is free.

I specialize in helping students who
find reading difficult.

First I observe and use standardized testing to determine the student’s particular areas of difficulty and strength, and plan custom, enjoyable lessons with the perfect level of difficulty to target areas of difficulty while using student strengths to achieve growth. When students experience continuous improvement, their confidence, knowledge and skills blossom.

The end goal is ALWAYS a love for reading.

Some of the components of reading that I assess:

                                Lessons / Programs / Prices

Lesson lengths are customizable and flexible at $45.00 per hour for
tutoring, or $80.00 per hour for program development and parent training.

Call anytime from 8am to 8pm or email to book a free session.

2022 Parent Testimonial:After a year of continued struggle with specialized small group instruction at school, we sought help from Ms. Yachimec, and she began working with our child 3 times a week after school for an hour.  In the first few months of working with our daughter, Ms. Yachimec had our child reading English books and nearly catching the top peers in her class. By the end of grade 2 with teachers astounded, our daughters learning codes were removed, she was at the top of her class in reading and comprehension, and her love of learning thrived.”
